Brikka turns 23 and for the occasion has been further improved with the insertion of a new column with patented valve, designed to enhance the Creaminess of Coffee, and a new boiler design. To prepare an espresso, intense and creamy as in the bar, there is Brikka: the only cooker coffee maker capable of dispensing cups of espresso from 30 cc. and 3with almost twice the concentration of coffee as a Mocha and with a layer of delicious cremina on the surface. The secret of Brikka is the exclusive valve on the brewing column: a unique and patented system capable of dispensing coffee at twice as much pressure and in half the time compared to a traditional coffee maker.
