THREE Coffee Colombia Condor Decaf is a premium sugarcane EA decaffeinated coffee sourced from the Tolima region of Colombia. Using high-quality Red and Yellow Caturra varietals, this decaf retains the sweetness, structure and origin character of a full-strength specialty coffee.

This lot is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA (Ethyl Acetate) method, a natural process derived from fermented sugarcane. The beans are gently steamed, washed with EA to remove caffeine, then steamed again to eliminate residue. This preserves the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity, resulting in a smooth, balanced cup with surprising depth.
